Tattersalls Country House is delighted to announce a new venture with Michelin Star Chef Oliver Dunne. Tattersalls Country House Weddings – Exclusively by Oliver Dunne will launch this Spring and will offer wedding couples an unprecedented opportunity to have their wedding menu designed and created by one of Ireland’s top chefs.
Oliver and his team will work directly with couples to create their own personalised wedding menu. Part of this process will involve meeting with Oliver at his Michelin Star restaurant, Bon Appetit, where he will help plan each menu. Speaking about this new venture, Oliver Dunne commented “I’m delighted to be launching this new venture with Tattersalls Country House. It’s an absolutely stunning venue full of character, charm and history. I felt it was a perfect fit to partner with and compliment the high level of food and service I strive to provide in my restaurants. Tattersalls and I have spent a lot of time creating something different. I believe wedding food can be visually stunning, full of interesting flavour combinations and textures and I’m really looking forward to showcasing this to all wedding guests at Tattersalls Country House!”
This new exclusive service will be unveiled at the upcoming showcase ‘Wedding Inspirations” which takes place at Tattersalls Country House on Sunday, March 29th from 2pm – 6pm. Brides-to-be are invited to meet with Oliver and his team. Throughout this time the venue will be on show and a taste of the delights that will be on offer from Oliver will be available to sample. Catering for all tastes, this charming wedding event will provide a unique opportunity for brides to envisage the entire look and feel of their special day. Whether dreaming of a romantic garden party, a sophisticated civil ceremony, a vintage styled event or something fabulously contemporary – this country retreat will be dressed accordingly to inspire prospective couples, while they sip champagne, watch a demonstration from Oliver and savour some samples from Oliver’s wedding menu.
